All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices displayed are inclusive of 10% GST.
Our products are available for purchase on this website and can also be purchased and/or picked up from our retail store at 47 Waratah Street, Haberfield 2045.
Alternatively, to save on delivery fees you have the option to buy products online and collect them from our retail store, however they must be collected within 7 days of payment being made.

Delivery costs
We charge a flat rate of $15 for every order within Australia only. All orders are tracked with Australia Post.
Free Shipping is applicable only when you spend $300 or more in one transaction. If you decide to exchange your product/s we will require a $15 delivery charge for the alternative product/s.
Delivery timeframe
Orders are dispatched within 2 days of payment being received and shipping times are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Delivery Instructions
Unfortunately, specific delivery instructions can not be given whilst placing your order. Australia Post will ensure your package is left in a safe place and in sight. Please note our courier drivers cannot call you prior delivery.
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing address. Please include a street address only as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
