Terms for Interior Design & Decorating Services

All work is charged at an hourly rate.   

Quotations provided in respect of all new projects, always in itemised form.

Invoices raised at agreed stages.  Payment terms 7 days from production of invoice.

Deposits and in some cases, full payment,  are required to be paid in all projects where Home Productions contracts with a third party supplier to provide homewares and furnishings and/or services.

Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. These Terms and Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of goods or services from this website. 

Returns Policy

Full Priced Products:

Home Productions will offer an exchange or refund on all full priced items.

Please contact Home Productions within 14 days of receipt of order.  We will offer you a credit note, exchange or refund. Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging.

You must return the product at your own expense. If you decide to exchange your product we will also require a $15 delivery charge for the alternative product. As we cannot be responsible for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend using registered mail.

Sale Products:

We do have a different policy for sale items. For sale items, Home Productions must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of order if you wish to return it for a credit note or exchange. We do not refund sale items. Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging.

You must return the sale product at your own expense. To exchange the sale product, we also require a $15 delivery charge for the alternative product. As we cannot be responsible for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend using registered mail.

Faulty Products:

Please contact Home Products immediately. We will offer you a full refund or exchange on faulty goods.

Delivery Policy

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices displayed are inclusive of 10% GST.

Our products are available for purchase on this website and can also be purchased from our retail store at 47 Waratah Street, Haberfield 2045.

Alternatively, to save on delivery fees you have the option to buy products online and collect them from our retail store, however they must be collected within 7 days of payment being made.

Shipping Destinations

-We deliver products Australia wide using our courier Australia Post

Delivery costs

-Within Australia: We charge a flat rate of $15 for every order.

- Free Shipping is applicable only when you spend $300 or more in one transaction. If you decide to exchange your product/s we will require a $15 delivery charge for the alternative product/s.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of payment being received and shipping times are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Delivery Instructions

Unfortunately, specific delivery instructions can not be given whilst placing your order. Australia Post will ensure your package is left in a safe place and in sight. Please note our courier drivers cannot call you prior delivery.

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing address. Please include a street address only as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
